Strain Description ：
1.  This strain is derived fromRMRC13440 C57BL/6-Apoeem1(APOE*4, APOE*2)Narl/Narlthrough direct injection of the Dre mRNA at embryo stage,which resulted in deletion of rox-flanked human APOE4 alleles and exclusive human APOE2 expression.
2.  This strain can only express human APOE2 protein without endogenous mouse Apoe expression that serves as functional human APOE2 knock-in mouse model.
