1.  Exons 6-7 of Cenpj gene are flanked by loxP sites in this conditional targeted mutant strain.
2.  Mice homozygous for the floxed allele are viable and fertile.
3. 
After breeding cre-carried strain, homozygous knockout mice were observed embryonic
arrest before E9.5, and mice heterozygous for the knockout allele are visible and fertile.
