Strain Description ：
1. 
The BAC-based transgene was designed with emGFP-IRES-Tet-on 3G (Doxycyline-responsive element Tet-on 3G) coding cassette in exon ENSMUSE00001317385 and cre controlled by PTRE3G (tetracycline response element promoter) downstream of ENSMUSE00000269274 of paired box 8 (Pax8). This transgene was microinjected into fertilized C57BL/6J pronuclei.
2.  The constitutive expression of emGFP and Tet-on 3G were under the control of pax8 gene. The inducible promoter PTRE3G provides for very low basal expression of cre recombinase and high maximal expression after Doxycylineinduction.
