：

1.	A targeting vector was designed to flanked exon 2 to exon 4 of Cyp11a1 gene with loxP sites and also placed a Frt-flanked neomycin resistance (neo) cassette downstream of exon 4 of of Cyp11a1 gene.
2.	The targeting construct was electroporated into C57BL/6J embryonic stem (ES) cells.
