Strain Description
1. Copy numbers of HMOX1 gene:>20copies  
2. HMOX1(human HO-1) is expressed in adipose, including in WAT and BAT. 
3. Without respect to regular-chow or high-fat diet, the metabolic phenotypes have no significance between transgenic mice and wild type. 
4. With high-fat diet, the macrophages in adipose would be more toward M2 phenotype in the Tg mice compared to control.
