Strain Description ：
1.  The peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) was collected from OT-I tdTomato dtg  and C57BL/6JNarl control mice and stained with A647-anti-TCRVb5, FITC-anti-TCRVa2, and A405-anti-CD8 for FACS analysis.  Most PBL from OT I tdTomato dtg mouse were tdTomato+ cells and percentage of the CD8+ cells in PBLs was 37.5%.  TdTomato+ CD8+ T cells in total CD8+ T cells was 99.0%  and OT-I tg. TCRVb5+TCRVa2+ cells in total CD8+ T cells was 98.7%  from the OT-I tdTomato dtg mouse.  TdTomato+ CD8+ T cells and TCRVb5+TCRVa2+ cells in total CD8+ T cells were only 0.017% and 1.52% from the C57BL/6JNarl control mouse, respectively. 
2.   OT-I tdTomato dtg CD8+ T cells activated by anti-CD3/anti-CD28-precoated beads were adoptively transferred  into C57BL/6JNarl mice (5X106 cells/mouse). The peripheral blood lymphocyte was collected Day 6 after adoptive transfer and stained with A405-anti-CD8 for FACS analysis.  Total CD8+ cells were shown in the pseudo-color plot.  The donor CD8+ cells was tdTomato+ CD8+ cells in the rectangle and the percentage of the donor CD8+ cells in total CD8+ T cells was 5.25%
